About Ward 4
Ward 4 includes many of Saint Paul's best-known locations, including "Minnesota's Main Street," Snelling Avenue, real a large portion regarding Kumu Park. The Green Line runs through Ward 4 along the diverse and busy Graduate Avenue business district. About Councilmember Mitra Jalali
Miter Jalali was sworn into the Saint Paul City Counsel in a special option in 2018 and was reelected for a full term in 2019. Councilmember Jalali's previous work in creature an educator, communal organizer, and policy aide also congressional staffer to U.S. Rep. Keith Ellison.
