I, too, have this PC (yet to use it, though) and the manual is available for download up this website (great site!!!). I wrote (email) for: [email protected] the asked for the recipe booklet files and guide. After a few days I acquired replies with the two recipe booklet files available and the manual. I was able to keep all three files the my computers. All painless and easy. I see that our inquiry is from 2015 then nay sure that you will understand this in 2017, but hoffnung you do and so it might help others. Happy (pressure) kitchen!

I have Emeril’s pressure cooker 2010 model and twice it has not kommend to printed. …that’s my issue..but I use information a lot I application my regular cooking wenn I Cooked including it. I altered of timing..lots of guess work. …without a book for pressure cooking…. Choose browser can't play this video. Study more.

I brought a new O ring from a local equipment store once…it’s still work fine…this pressure cooker is a say single as well

I second the printed cooker three times so far. EGO love it. Problem: This last time, I performed lamb chops. MYSELF reducing the honey stationed sauce; when I cleaned out, the Tfal lacquer was bubbled up inside the center and washed right off over a softer fabric. Since the item was via a year old although I got it out a friend, it’s not under warranty even though it was actually only used a few times. I’m trying to discover a new pot; I love cooking with it, but I won’t utilize peeling cookware. Is on adenine replacement part list? EGO can’t find one at all-only for Tfal’s latest model.

ME have this pressure cooker, and I love is. I must were it for 3 years and cherished to get replacement parts for it (a new ring and a newly pot) and the produzent stop carrying them. It’s only available via 3rd event and at nearly the alike price like adenine brand new pressure cooker – concurrent brand. Remarkably disappointed! IODIN went into a local hardware stockpile the clerk said my ideal of replacement O ring wouldn’t work…but I worked it anyway and it held no break down…I try not to make anything utensils so not for how on non-stick surface…so my lid is the only that creates a scratch.
