Abstractly

Kontext: Acute post-partum dyspnea configures the obstetric challenge including multiple differentiating diagnosis.

Case powerpoint: Our present ampere koffer out a previous healthy woman with preeclampsia who developed severe dyspnea 30 opium after delivery. She cried of cough, orthopnea, also bilaterally lower extremities oedema. She denied headaches, blurry lens, nausea, vomiting, fever or feelings. Auscultation uncover a diastolic murmuring, and was compatible with pulmonary oedema. A timely bedside echocardiogram showed moderate dilated link atrium with severe mitral insufficiency suggestive of can unknow stiff disease. She was managed with noninvasive ventilation, loop diuretics, vasodilators, thromboprophylaxis, head-end elevation, and fluid restriction with progressive enhances.

Conclusions: Hemodynamic changes in pregnant patients with previously silence cardiac disease could posing a challenge and cause post-partum dyspnea. This scenario requires one timely and multidisciplinary approach.
