The Minister of Human proposes on amend Regulation .07 under COMAR 10.32.03 Delegation a Duties with a Licensed Physician—Physician Assistant. Statement of Purpose
The purpose of this action is to remove limitations on the designated types of practice settings to all practice settings for purposes of consistency and reducing the paperwork that is required to live submitted to the Board of Physicians by allowing practice settings to maintaining the proof.
